MBY Fashions Store – Refund & Return Policy

At MBY Fashions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong size.

• The product arrived damaged or defective.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Request a Return

To start the return process, please contact our support team at mbyfashions@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product (if damaged)

• A brief description of the issue

We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (damaged or wrong item).

Non-Returnable Items

• Returns requested after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.

• Items showing signs of wear and tear, misuse, or alterations will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
